Sue oversees the daily operation of all customer-service activity, managing over 7,000 calls each month. Her team show exceptional attention to detail and are praised for their interpersonal skills and consistently high level of customer feedback. Sue has also been central to the development and running of Newhall’s subscription systems for more than ten years. Her in-depth understanding of customer campaigns, both large and small, as well as data handling, is integral to delivering value to clients.
